Please allow 24 hours for your order to be shipped and an additional 2-3 business days if the destination is within the Scandinavia. Allow 7 days for standard tracked International shipping or 2-3 days with DHL Express.

We are closed on weekends and holidays.

All Scandinavian orders are shipped complimentary, via Royal Mail Tracked Shipping.

All International orders over £120 are shipped complimentary, via Royal Mail Tracked Shipping

Orders under £120 ship with a £12 Royal Mail Tracked shipping cost.

An option to ship with DHL Express is available at checkout.

If you are buying a product from a country outside of the Scandinavian, duties are NOT included in the price of the item. The purchaser is solely responsible for all import duties and taxes and we shall not be held liable for any issues arising from import taxation, duties, or held shipments due to non-payment of such.

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement of all purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
