We deliver with Bring and you can choose between Mailbox Parcel, Pick-up parcel or Home Delivery Parcel
Bring Mailbox Parcel
Bring delivers packages of up to 5 kg directly to your mailbox. You will receive a message that the package is on its way and it can be tracked here. When the package has been delivered, you will receive an SMS or e-mail informing you of this. Normal delivery time is 1 to 7 days depending on the postcode. Parcels that are too large to be delivered in your letterbox will be delivered to your nearest delivery point, and you will receive a notification from The Post.
NB! Packages in the mailbox can only be sent to your registered address. The package will not arrive if you are not registered at the relevant address. If you are going to send to an address other than your registered address, choose Parcel to pick-up location.
Shipping cost: NOK 40 if the order value is below NOK 750.

Bring Pickup Parcel (Climate Neutral)
Bring delivers your package to the desired delivery location. This can be the nearest convenience store, parcel box or post office. The shipment can be tracked here. When the package is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS or e-mail with a collection code. Normal delivery time is 1 to 7 days depending on the route. Collection deadline is 14 days.
This is a climate-neutral shipping method that uses trains rather than cars where possible, and compensates for residual emissions through the purchase of CO2 quotas.

Home Delivery Parcel
Bring delivers your package direct to your door. Normal delivery time is 1 to 7 days depending on the route.

When will I receive my package?
Your order is normally packed within 1-2 days on weekdays and then sent to the selected forwarder. Shipments normally take 1-7 working days (not including weekends and holidays) depending on the chosen delivery serivce and postcode.
In the event of major holidays, we reserve the right to expect slightly longer delivery times, and thank you for your patience. We always do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Unclaimed package/passive action
The Post sends out a reminder if you forget to pick up an ordered parcel. If you do not collect your package and are otherwise passive, we will not have any indications as to why the package has not been collected. You will then not have met the requirements set for you in accordance with §8 Right to Cancel - Sales Conditions for Consumer Purchases of Goods, and thus lose the right to withdraw from the agreement. For undelivered and unpaid packages, you will be charged a fee of NOK 200 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undelivered package. Uncollected goods are not normally covered by the right of withdrawal. The remaining amount is credited shortly after the package has been returned to us. If you want the shipment sent again, you must pay for the shipping yourself.
Postage and handling fees
Postage and handling fees are added to each shipment according to current rates, unless otherwise agreed. We provide free shipping on orders over NOK 750, see the various delivery options for more specific information.
You will receive an order confirmation by email and we will also include a waybill in the shipment.
With us you can pay by card or Vipps. The amount is charged when you complete the purchase.
Right of withdrawal and return
You are protected by the Right of Cancellation Act and have a 14-day unconditional right of cancellation from the day you receive the item on your shipment. The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to cancel the purchase of an unopened product and return the item. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product returned to us must be unopened, unused and undamaged. If the value of the goods has been reduced more than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, you must cover this loss in value. We credit what you paid for the item, minus shipping, when it reaches us. You must bear the return costs yourself. In the event of cancellation of the purchase and use of the cancellation period, we will refund the order amount, minus shipping, within 14 days of the item being received by us. Read more:
Full right of complaint is granted according to applicable laws for all defects in the product. Under any circumstances, the buyer must make a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. In the event of complaints, errors and defects, any shipping costs will be covered.
